There are two types of .ir resellers, Domestic and Foreign.

Domestic Resellers process domains whose holders have their official address in Iran or are official representatives of the goverment of the Islamic Republic of Iran abroad. Such domains are paid for in the Iranian currency rial. then email the following information to nic@persianroot.ir.
• Company name/Name (for individual reseller)
• Official postal address
• Website URL
• Telephone and Fax number
• A resume of your/your company's relevant experience.

Foreign Resellers process domains whose holders have their official address outside the territory of Iran. The acceptable currency for this type of domain is Euro.
